Top Shelf Bookstore LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) offers a monthly subscription service (“Subscription” or “Spellbound Box”) that provides curated book boxes featuring indie titles and themed merchandise.

By purchasing or enrolling in a Subscription, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “Subscriber”) agree to the terms outlined in this Subscription Plan Policy.

2. SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS

Each monthly subscription box includes:

• One (1) curated book (based on selected genre preference)

• One bookmark, one facial care item, one drink option, one pack of annotation tabs, one pen or pencil, one highlighter, five stickers, and one review sticker.

• Occasional bonus materials (e.g., bookmarks, inserts, author notes)

Available genre selections may include:

• Indie Contemporary Romance

• Dark Romance

• Romantasy

• Fantasy

• Independently published authors

Selections are subject to availability and may change.

 

3. PRICING & BILLING

3.1 Subscription Fees

• Standard pricing: $35 per month

• Pricing is subject to change with prior notice

3.2 Billing Cycle

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis

• Billing occurs on the date of initial purchase (or closest applicable cycle date)

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment processors.

By subscribing, you authorize Top Shelf Bookstore LLC to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

 

4. AUTO-RENEWAL DISCLOSURE 

Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled prior to your next billing date.

By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to:

• Recurring charges

• Automatic renewal terms

• Responsibility to cancel if you no longer wish to continue

 

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

5.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

• Logging into your account (if applicable), or

5.2 Cancellation Deadline

• Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before your next billing date

• If not canceled in time, the next box will still be processed and shipped

 

6. REFUND POLICY

All subscription purchases are non-refundable once processed.

6.2 Exceptions

Refunds or replacements may be issued in cases of:

• Damaged items

• Incorrect items received

• Lost shipments (verified)

Due to the nature of indie publishing and small-batch sourcing:

• Items may occasionally be substituted with similar or equal-value products

• We reserve the right to adjust contents as needed

 

9. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

• Provide accurate shipping and billing information

• Update your information as needed

• Ensure timely payment

 

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All branding, packaging, inserts, and materials created by Top Shelf Bookstore LLC are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced without permission.

 

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law:

Top Shelf Bookstore LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Delays outside our control

• Losses related to misuse of products

This Subscription Plan complies with applicable Texas laws, including:
